Planning The amount of tax you pay can often be reduced by proper structuring and timing of the taxable event. We can help you plan transactions such as the sale of assets or retirement plan distributions to reduce the tax impact. Through the use of income tax planning software, we can show you the tax impact of changes in your earnings, contributions to retirement plans such as IRAs, 401(k)s and 403(b)s or itemized deductions.
Return Preparation We prepare approximately 1000 individual income tax returns each year. The tax software we use allows us to prepare state and local returns for most states, cities and counties. In addition to allowing us to serve clients throughout the United States, it allows us to prepare returns for clients who file multiple state returns each year. We have experience preparing income tax returns for Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies in a variety of industries. As with our individual return clients, we prepare returns for a number of states and multiple state situations. We also prepare income tax returns for Estates and Trusts. We have experience with Complex, Simple and Grantor.
